Few Tips To Remember When Planting Trees

There are some of us who can’t get enough of nature and love to have it surround us every day. People like this also love to see things grow and to help them grow. Pine Trees

Pine trees are native to the Northern Hemisphere and can be found in places like Eurasia, Canary Islands, Scotland, Russia, Phillippines, Norway, Africa, and North America. Though they are not commonly grown here they have been introduced in subtropical and temperate portions of the Southern Hemisphere, including Chile, Brazil, Australia, and New Zealand, where they are grown widely as a source of timber, and some are becoming invasive species.

Cinnamon

Cinnamon is a small evergreen tree 10-15 meters (32.8-49.2 feet) tall and is native to Sri Lanka and Southern India. The bark is widely used as a spice, which we use commonly in cooking. The leaves are ovate-oblong in shape, 7-18 cm (2.75-7.1 inches) long. The flowers, which are arranged in panicles, have a greenish color, and have a rather disagreeable odor. The fruit is a purple one-centimetre berry containing a single seed.

Palm Trees

Palm trees have been called the princes of the vegetable kingdom. Neither the anatomy of the Palm tree stems nor the conformation of their flowers, however, entitles them to any such high position in the vegetable hierarchy. The order Palmaceae is characterized among monocotyledonous plants by the presence of an unbranched stem bearing a tuft of leaves at the extremity only, or with the leaves scattered; these leaves, often huge in size, being usually firm in texture and branching in a pinnate or palmate fashion.

Desert Ironwood

An unusual tree that is not very commonly known to us is the desert ironwood. True to its name, the desert ironwood grows in the Sonoroan Desert, which is located in southwestern Arizona, southern California, and the northwestern part of Mexico. Even though the Sonoran Desert is mostly devoid of plant life, except for shrubs, the desert ironwood is able to grow.
