Orange Thorn

The Orange Thorn is a small, spiny shrub that had stiff, shiny leaves. In the fork of each leaf are 3-5 teeth. These leaves are round and carried horizontally on the stem.

It is common for the small shrub to be seen on the edge of the patches of the rainforest and also inside the forest. It can grow up to 3 m. tall.

Wisteria

Wisteria is a plant that makes up about ten species of woody climbing vines that are native to the eastern United States and the East Asian states of China, Korea, and Japan. Wisteria vines climb by twining their stems either clockwise or counter-clockwise round any available support. They can climb as high as 20ft. above ground and spread out 10 m laterally.

Rhodiola Rosea

Rhodiola rosea also known as roseroot is a plant in the family Crassulaceae that grows in only cold regions of the world. These places of habitat include much of the Arctic, the mountains of Central Asia, the Rocky Mountains, and mountainous parts of Europe, such as the Alps, Pyrenees, Carpathian Mountains, British Isles, Scandinavia and Iceland.

Rhodiola rosea has been found to be very effective for improving someone’s mood and alleviating depression. Russian research has shown us that it improves both physical and mental performance, reduces fatigue, and prevents high altitude sickness.

Amaryllis

The large, bell-shaped or lily-like flowers of the amaryllis and its hybrids make excellent garden subjects and pot plants. They can be grown as garden plants from Macon southward in Georgia. In these areas, they are used in beds, borders and for specimen plants. In north Georgia, they make excellent pot plants and spring and summer garden plants. When used as individual specimens, in mass plantings, as part of perennial borders or as low plantings in front of shrub borders, amaryllis provide spectacular flower effects.

Astragalus

Astragalus is a Chinese herb that helps to stimulate the immune system. Besides stimulating the immune system, astragalus, also helps the body to replenish spleen deficiency and is helpful for prolapse syndromes. Some prolapse syndromes include a prolapsed uterus, stomach, and anus.
